Our Sole Sisters grip socks are designed to help improve your grip and support your movement during Pilates, yoga, and everyday activities. However, they do not guarantee safety or prevent slips and falls.

We always recommend participating in classes or exercises at your own risk and consulting with your instructor or healthcare professional if you have any concerns. We love our socks and want you to love them too, but we can’t take responsibility for any unexpected mishaps arising from the use of our products.
